ChanniCool is a specialist training company approved by City and Guilds in South West England. We offer a vast selection of short and long-term courses for highly motivated individuals who aim to succeed in their chosen career paths.

All our instructors are qualified teachers and assessors with over 20 years’ experience within their relevant sectors. Each instructor has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, from technical certificates and NVQs to various trade-specific short courses.

Our core ethos is to provide high-quality training at affordable prices. We do not cut corners and work hard to ensure that you leave the centre with the required knowledge and skills that will be an asset to your business and customers.

Originally formed by Andy Channon in 2009, we have grown to become a leading training provider in the region with over 70 trainees passing through our doors annually, alongside 40-50 apprentices in their respective 3-year courses.

We have worked hard to build a reputation of excellence, providing top-quality training at affordable prices.

We are adept at training both young and mature students. Our short course classes are restricted to a maximum of 6 students on our short courses to ensure quality is maintained and that you receive the training you deserve!

About Andy Channon

Andy Channon is currently recognised within the industry as one of the top trainers in the country. Andy oversees the refrigeration, air conditioning (heat pump) and electrical departments. His past achievements include his students winning the gold and bronze awards at the prestigious RAC student of the year awards. Andy is a former City and Guilds EQA (External Quality Assurer), a prestigious job and was only one of three EQA's at that time.
